What we collect
Through our forms: your name, email address, ZIP code, your Medicare situation, the cover you have now if you said, a mobile number if you gave one, and anything you wrote in a message.
When you check the text message box, we also keep the consent wording, the page it was given on, the date and time, and the IP address the form came from.
We do not ask for Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, health records or payment details. Please do not send them to us.
Why we use it
To write and send your guide, answer your messages and, if you signed up, send your date reminders.
The consent record exists to show carriers that you agreed to receive texts. It has no other use.
Who can see it
Our own team, plus the providers that host this site and deliver our email and texts, who may use it only to provide that service to us.
Your personal information will not be sold or leased to any third party. Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Nothing you give us goes to insurers, agents or brokers, and the site runs no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Your details are kept while you use the service and for two years after your last contact. Text consent records are kept for four years, the period carriers may ask about, even if the rest has been deleted.
Your choices
Email info@careonetwork.com or call (719) 701-8266 to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop any messages. We answer within 30 days and never ask for a reason.
Reply STOP to any text to end text messages at once.
Keeping it safe
Pages here load over HTTPS only. Form submissions are checked for origin, limited in rate and verified with a short-lived server ticket before they are accepted.
